PROJECT SCOPE:
- Primarily provide support for the Drive Systems Test Lab. However, this candidate may also be required to support the structural test lab at Plant 1
- Collaborate with instrumentation engineers and technicians to design, fabricate, maintain, and troubleshoot data acquisition systems.
- Provide accurate project status reporting.
- Message handling
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSEE/MSCS, BSEE/BSCS or related EE, CS, or Mechanical Engineering
- MUST be a Certified LabView Developer or Architect
- 2+ years of NI LabVIEW development & SW testing experience
- Must have MATLAB experience
- Develop and implement real-time LabVIEW software to support the high-speed data acquisition & control systems use to test aircraft gearboxes.
- OOP C#, SQL Server programming, Visual Studio IDE experience.
HIGHLY PREFERRED (NOT required):
- Industry experience: Avionics/Aircraft/Spacecraft, Aerospace, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple chassis synchronization.
- Parallel loops, TCP/IP
